Good to know
Practical information
for your visit.
Your two-hour booking includes heating the sauna and changing.
Do we light the stove ourselves?
Yes. The door opens 10 minutes before your booking so you can start the fire. Heating normally takes around 30 minutes, depending on the weather and when the sauna was last used. We recommend lighting the fire before changing.
What should I bring?
Bring swimwear, drinking water, two towels – one to sit on and one for drying – and a bag for wet swimwear. Wash your body before using the sauna.
Are there changing facilities, a shower and a toilet?
The sauna has a small shared changing room. A toilet is nearby. An outdoor cold-water shower is available when the season allows.
How long is a visit?
A booking lasts two hours, including heating and changing. Please start changing 15 minutes before your session ends so the sauna is ready for the next guests.
What rules apply?
Wear swimwear and sit on a clean towel. Be considerate and use only fresh water on the stove. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. The same guests must use the booked places throughout the session. All swimming and sauna use is at your own risk.
Shared sauna sessions are alcohol-free. Read the full rules and current terms before booking.
